At TOT, safeguarding your privacy is our utmost priority. We are committed to providing transparency and control over your personal data. Below are the steps to request account deletion and details on the types of data we collect and retain:
1. Log in to your TOT account.
2.Navigate to the Account Settings section.
3. Find the option for "Delete Account" and click on it.
4. Follow the prompts to confirm and complete the deletion process.
-User's Current Location: TOT does not collect or store your current location.
-User's Email: Your email is collected for communication purposes and will be deleted upon account deletion unless required for legal or administrative purposes.
-User's Mobile Number: Your mobile number is collected for account verification and communication purposes. It will be deleted upon account deletion unless required for legal or administrative purposes.
-User Information through Google: If you sign up or log in using Google, we collect basic profile information provided by Google for account creation purposes. This data will be deleted upon account deletion. User Information through Facebook: If you sign up or log in using Facebook, we collect basic profile information provided by Facebook for account creation purposes. This data will be deleted upon account deletion.
-User Information through Apple: If you sign up or log in using Apple, we collect basic profile information provided by Apple for account creation purposes. This data will be deleted upon account deletion.
-User Device Token (FCM Token): TOT may collect device tokens for push notification services. This data is used solely for notification purposes and is not retained after account deletion.
-User IP Address: TOT may collect IP addresses for security and analytical purposes. This data is anonymized and retained for a limited period as necessary for security auditing and troubleshooting.
