  • TOT does not involve in the actual transactions but serves as a platform for buyers, sellers, freelancers, individuals, and businesses to connect. Users are responsible for finalizing payment, meeting arrangements, and other relevant details among themselves.

Account & profile

  • TOT offers a fast and effortless account creation process in just a few simple steps:
    1. Provide your Name, Email, and Password, then confirm your password.
    2. Users are required to have an active and valid email address to receive a One Time Email verification code (OTE) and activate their account.
    3. Enter the verification code received via email.
    4. Set up your profile picture.
  • To change your contact number on TOT, simply click on your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen. This will bring up the sidebar, where you can find the "Settings" link. Click on it to access the settings menu, where you can update your contact information, including your phone number.
  • To change your password on TOT, simply click on your profile picture located on the top left of the screen to open the sidebar. From there, click on the "Settings" link to access the settings menu. Within the settings menu, you can update your password to ensure the security of your account.

Ads and Features

  • To create a post, click on the "Post" button located on the lower button bar of the main screen. This will take you to the post screen, where you can follow these steps:
    1. Choose the type of post (Product, Service, Event, Wish)
    2. Select the category
    3. Choose the sub-category
    4. Write a title for your post (up to 80 characters)
    5. Add a description (up to 300 characters)
    6. Mark your location on the map
    7. Select the age group you want to target
    8. Set the price
    9. Set your availability
    10. Upload up to three pictures for your post
    11. Press the "Post" button to publish your post.
  • When posting an ad, it's important to adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure that your ad is effective in attracting potential customers. Here are some key considerations:
    1. Title: Choose an appropriate title for your classified ad that is concise and eye-catching. Effective titles should include relevant keywords at the beginning to improve search engine optimization.
    2. Description: Craft a compelling description with relevant keywords that accurately reflects the product, service, event, or wish being advertised. Use phrases like "Buy Now," "Limited Time Offer," and "Sale" to generate interest and drive traffic to your ad.
    3. Contact Details: Be sure to include your location in your ad, as this will help you connect with relevant leads. By providing clear and accurate contact details, you'll make it easier for interested parties to get in touch and potentially convert them into customers.
  • The Free Limit on TOT defines the maximum number of Ads that can be posted for free in a 30-day period. Specifically, users are allowed to post up to 10 Ads per month without any charge.
  • Your advertisement will remain active for 60 days from the day you post it, regardless of when you create it during the validity period.
  • TOT enforces a strict anti-spam policy and reserves the right to ban any user who violates this policy. If a user's account is banned due to policy violation, any available credits in the account will be forfeited.
  • Posting an ad with identical content or title in the same category and city more than once is considered a duplicate ad. Posting multiple similar ads in bulk is not allowed and will be considered spamming. Any duplicate ads will be deleted.
  • Push notifications are based on your preferences, including posts created by other users within your vicinity, as well as some promotional content.
  • You have the option to sell new or preloved items, offer your services, create an event, or make a wish on TOT.
  • You can create a wish on TOT if you are looking for a specific product, event or service. Creating a wish is similar to creating an ad, but instead of offering something, you are asking for something. You can specify the details of the product or service you are looking for, along with your location, budget and other relevant information. Other users who see your wish can contact you if they have what you are looking for, or if they can offer a similar product or service that meets your needs.
  • People can contact you by messaging you in the inbox or by calling if you have provided your phone number in the ad description. If you have enabled the location feature, interested buyers can approach you in person to purchase the item or avail the service or to attend event.
  • When you bookmark a post, it is saved in your account's bookmark section for later viewing. This is a convenient way to keep track of ads or posts that you may be interested in or want to revisit later.
  • You can use the search bar on the main screen to search for any product, service, event, wish, or user.

Map mode & location

  • In map mode, you can view all the ads posted in your vicinity on the map. Each type of ad is represented by a specific icon, and featured ads are distinguished by a Red pin on the map. This makes it easier for users to quickly identify the type of ad they are interested in and locate it on the map.
  • Yes, that's correct! When you post an ad, it will be listed in both the list mode and map mode as long as you have marked your location on the map. This makes it easier for users to find your ad both in the category list and on the map.
  • You can choose to enable or disable your location while posting your ad. If you choose to enable location, your ad will appear on the map mode and interested buyers can approach you in person to purchase the item or avail the service. If you choose to disable location, your ad will only appear in the list mode and buyers will have to contact you through inbox or phone.
  • On map mode, the dual visibility in both the map mode and list mode gives you the chance to attract more attention to your ad.

Boost on Top

  • Boost to Top is a paid feature that allows your ad to appear at the top of its respective category, increasing its visibility to potential buyers. The ad will also be featured in the "Featured Ads" section and will have a red pin on the map mode, potentially increasing its visibility to users who are browsing ads based on location.
  • There are three packages available for Boost to Top: Boost for a day, Boost for a week, and Boost for a month.
  • You can boost your ad by selecting the "Boost" option on the ad card, which will take you to the upgrade page where you can select the boost package you want. Alternatively, you can also boost your ad from the side menu by selecting "Boost Ad" and then choosing the ad you want to boost and selecting the "Boost to Top" option from there.
  • Online payment is currently available through: Visa, MasterCard or any Credit or Debit card.
  • Boost to Top is a cost-effective method of increasing the number of replies to your ad and improving your chances of selling. It also offers you the flexibility of boosting your ad at a time that suits your schedule best.

Safety & Precautions

  • Be part of the TOT community and if you come across any issues with a user, please report it to us. We have made it easier for you to report not only a suspicious ad but also a suspicious profile.
  • To report a user on TOT, go to their profile and on the right side of the screen, click on "Report User." Then select the reason for your report and provide any additional details before sending it to us. We take reports seriously and investigate all claims of suspicious behavior or policy violations.
  • Be part of the TOT community and if you come across any content that violates our policies, please report it to us. Reporting an ad is easy on TOT. You will find a “REPORT THIS AD” option at the top right corner of the ad page represented by three dot buttons. Click on it and select the reason for reporting. A pop-up will appear asking for additional information. Our support team takes all reports seriously and follows up accordingly.
  • Safety is our top priority on TOT. To ensure a safe experience for everyone, we recommend the following guidelines: For Sellers:
    • Cash transactions are safer than online payments.
    • Avoid making advance shipments, especially if requested from an international number.
    • Do not share your WhatsApp number; communicate with buyers through TOT chat only.
    • Block buyers who are behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance on the platform.
    For Buyers:
    • Do not pay in advance for registration fees, token fees, partial payments, or any other purposes.

    • Meet sellers in public locations when making expensive transactions, and take a friend with you.
    • Be cautious of job offers that don't require any proper work; they could be scams.
    • Do not share your CV with your picture/contact information unless you trust the job provider.

    • Only make local deals so you can check the product before purchasing.
    • Block sellers who are behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance on the platform.
  • o maintain a safe and trusted community, TOT prohibits inappropriate content and behavior on its platform. Here are some guidelines for Inappropriate Content:
    1. Do not use irrelevant, gibberish, or vague titles or descriptions.
    2. Special characters and tags are not allowed.
    3. Links to other websites, social media, and/or email addresses are not permitted.
    4. Only verified phone numbers can be mentioned. Non-registered numbers are not allowed in the title, description, or image.
    5. Inappropriate pictures: Do not include obscene, fake, or human images. Please note that an account can also be blocked depending on the severity of the case.
    6. Stock/internet images: Ads with fake, generic, or competitor images are not permitted. We advise you to post real images of the item for sale.
    7. Prohibited items:
      • Sexually oriented material: Ads relating to products intended for use in sexual activity are not permitted. Also, refrain from using a title with graphic adult language, regardless of the item.
      • Online jobs: Such ads should have a proper job description with roles and tasks defined. Ads without proper job summaries are not allowed.
      • Misleading item/service: Misrepresentation of ad offer/content is not permitted.
      • Multiple products: Selling multiple items or services is not allowed in an ad. Please post a new ad for every item/service with a proper title, good description, appropriate price, and clear pictures.
      • Individual financing: Financing is not allowed unless represented by a reputable/registered financial institution or organization.
      • Change of product: Changing the item or service after posting an ad is not allowed. Please post a new ad.
      • Purchase ads: Posting ads for purchase purposes is not allowed.
      • Seeking ads: Seeking is allowed only in the jobs category.
      • Addition of new product: After posting an ad, it is not allowed to add a new item or service. Kindly post a new ad with a proper title, good description, appropriate price, and clear pictures.
      • Wildlife: TOT allows only those animals that are in accordance with the government's wildlife regulations.
    8. Relevant category: Kindly post ads in the respective category of the item or service being sold.
    9. Multiple accounts: TOT does not allow multiple accounts to be created on one single phone number. You can only create one account on one phone number. If you try to create a new account, it will not get through, and new account creation will be restricted.
    10. Ad duration: An ad posted on TOT stays active for 60 days, if it complies with our terms of use.
